About Summit Research Network

Who We Are

Summit Research Network is a medical research organization with offices in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. We conduct clinical trials, also referred to as research studies, which are required by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the evaluation of investigational medications prior to their availability to the general public. Research studies offer an opportunity for volunteers to participate in research that may ultimately improve treatment for a variety of physical and emotional conditions. Our research centers have been conducting central nervous system (CNS) and general medical studies since 1988. Summit Research Network is a nationally recognized organization which is committed to conducting the highest quality of medical research for its patients.

Summit Research Network, formerly known as Seattle Clinical Research Center, is an independent medical research organization. Since 1991 we have worked in cooperation with pharmaceutical companies to develop medical treatments for a variety of conditions.

Beginning in the year 1999, Seattle Clinical Research Center joined with four similar sites across the country to form Summit Research Network. By expanding to become a national organization, Summit can marshall additional resources to provide the most advanced research techniques to help individuals with psychiatric conditions.
